Liz is the founder of The Cannabis Business Council of Santa Barbara County (CBCSB), and is Santa Barbara’s leading expert in cannabis regulations and compliance. The CBCSB was created to act as a liaison between government, community and cannabis business owners. The organization promotes fair and effective implementation of new and ongoing city and cannabis regulations in the county. The Council is directly responsible for Santa Barbara County having the highest number of cultivation licenses not only in the state of California, but in the nation in 2018.
