Big Buddha Cheese is an Indica dominant (70/30) hybrid strain the comes from Afghani and OG U.K. Cheese. Big Buddha Cheese is extremely unique, perhaps one of the most unique to come from U.K. breeders. The strain lead the way for the emergence of various Cheese strains coming from British indoor cannabis breeders. For the past decade, this elusive strain was only available via clone. For British cannabis lovers, Cheese usually meant quality cannabis, indicating that many U.K. growers are just as talented as their U.S. counterparts. While her exact lineage isn’t clear, some think that the Cheese clone came from from Skunk and Northern Lights.

Big Buddha Cheese is a top shelf, unique strain that may be hard to find currently. But for indica lovers, it is definitely worth trying if you can find it. Clearly, the strain is a triumph of British cannabis growers, and might even be their best export since The Beatles. The up-close smell of intact Big Buddha Cheese buds smell like Parmesan or sharp cheddar cheese, with a hint of skunk. When broken up, its musky, skunky smell is elevated. The smoke from Big Buddha Cheese reportedly smells of musk and dank incense. Users report that Big Buddha Cheese tastes pretty much just like it smells, delivering a mouthful of cheesiness with hints of sweet and spicy akin to kush strains.

I must be a crazy person because when I choose a strain I always fall for something with cheese or berry or pineapple in the name because they make my mouth water although I never taste anything but smoke. Is flavor really that important? I mean why not smoke some no-name skunk and then EAT some real cheese?
